I have unlinked my bank account from my previous PayPal account but it's still saying it's linked to another account anytime I want to link it to this my current account
You do know that you are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is a business account do you?
If you have 2 or more of the same type you risk being permanently banned.
If you have closed the other account or its another type of account then allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
