I can't link my bank account

Hi I from Malaysia,How can I find my lost pay Pal to delete the ban account and bank card because I want to create a new pay Pal account but I can't link the bank Account because in my lost pay pal.my lost pay Pal Account there is a bank statement and my bank card, that's why I can't use my bank card for my new pay Pal Account.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
