I can't link a card to my account.

I can't link my debit card to my PayPal, It says it's already in use but I own no other PayPal accounts! Please help me out ASAP. I tried opening a message thing but it was of no help at all!

First of all welcome to the PayPal Community! 

I am sorry to hear you are having issues adding a bank account/card to your PayPal account. 

I would ask that you please ensure you do not have any outstanding account limitations. You can view any limitations on your Resolution Center when you select 'Go To Account Limitations'. Any limitations may need to be resolved before you can add a new bank account/card.  

It is important to ensure this bank account/card has your own name registered to it. More information can be found here: Why can't I add my bank? (paypal.com) 

This could also be a security block. I would suggest waiting for 72 hours before trying to add your bank again. After 72 hours, please try and add your bank/card via the PayPal website rather than the app. Please also avoid using any VPNs. 

If this does not work, I would suggest reaching out to our customer service team directly.
