I am trying to add a bank account and keep getting told the account number is not valid. I have double-checked with my local bank and can find no resolution. I have cleared cache as suggested, and tried multiple times over two days. Please advise.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
