Hi, I just made a new account and tried to add a debit card to it, however was given an error message saying something along the lines of "this card could not be added, please try another card."

However, none of these appeared to be an issue. Does anyone know why I can't get my card on and how I may be able to.
I make new account bcs PayPal Support tells me to delete old one and make new one, now i can't add my debit card.
Edit: i removed my card from old account and delete that account, someone help please.
