So I have tried using Xoom and St. Lucia isn't there in the drop down menu, and I can't find a St Lucian bank to transfer the PayPal money to. Is there any way to access the money I have received and place on my debit card, what are the other alternatives, and why is it that I am unable to transfer money to St. Lucia. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.
