How to use paypal balance for online purchase instead of credit card

I recently received money and i want to use balance instead of card for online payment but i can't (it keep asking me to pay with card ) and i can't see it on options when i try to change preferred online payment is there any way to fix that , appreciate your help

Don't think you can do that in your country, I think you have the auto withdrawal option to a visa credit card only.

that's kinda unfortunate to hear man i mean dunno how such a thing do with country matter it makes no sense  paypal service is the most **bleep** services of all time i hate it man i will never use it ever again .
