How to remove bank account from a PayPal account

I had one paypal account where i had one bank account linked with it. Now i want to remove that bank account from my previous account so i can link it with my new paypal account, but i am unable to login to my previous account. What to do now?

That would depend on why you can't log in to the other paypal account?
