How to confirm that my PayPal Account its Auto Sweep is On?

Second please, when i receive my funds here on PayPal, how can i transfer to my local bank?

Third please, If i link PayPal to my local bank account, this means that any funds come to my PayPal will be automatically transferred to my local bank account?

Last please, There is mentioned to record routing number for my account to link. Is routing number means the IBAN number for my account?

Auto sweep is mandatory in your country so you can't turn it off !!!

Auto transfer is to a linked and confirmed credit card only, you can't add or withdraw to a bank account.
