I tried to link my paypal to my bank. It deducted money from my account but promised to return it once I receive the verification code. I've been checking my card statements and it's been over a month but I still haven't received anything.
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
Also first you say bank account and then you say card so what are you trying to add?
