How do I pay my negative balance?

I’m trying to pay off a negative balance. Every time I try and pay it it says “we are sorry, things don’t appear to be working. Try again later!” I have multiple cards and bank accounts that have money attached to PayPal so that’s not the problem. I don’t want this to affect my credit. Please help!

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via the add funds function....this option is often removed if it was a failed transfer from that bank account that caused the negative balance + you can't add funds to a balance via a card unfortunately.

2. The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free.

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.

4. Or mail a cheque as per link.

5. Buy something and Paypal will normally add the debt to that payment during checkout when you authorise the purchase.
