The check by mail link does not work...I don't want to link my bank account have a card..How do I get it out ? I have seen hundreds with the same problem.... Should I close the account ?
You can't close an account with funds in your paypal balance, also why would you want to as once closed you wouldn't be able to access the funds anyway.
