How can I Add Revolut bank account?

Hi I’m an PayPal user in the EU. I have a bank account at Revolut. Added both my Visa and MasterCard but I can’t transfer money to them. Can’t add my Revolut bank account to PayPal. I have a Revolut bank account not the money service account.

You can link local bank in HU currency or US bank. Cannot withdraw to cards in HU. You can withdraw in HUF to local bank for free. USD transfer to US bank (3% fee).
