Help me about Card debit paypal

i just removed my paypal account card debit when i need to access to another paypal account its saying.
This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method.

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is a personal account and the other x1 is a business account.

Any more and you risk them all being limited.

Allow 72 hours between removing the card and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?

i wait 72 hrs to remove credit card after i can use paypal account thanks
