Error when Updating Payment Method for Apple Services payments

I get an unexpected error message when I try to update the Payment Method for my Apple Services payments. Has anyone had this same error? How did you fix it?

I'm sorry to hear about the error you're receiving when trying to update your payment method on an automatic payment. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, trying a different web browser, or using the PayPal Mobile App. If you continue to receive the same error, you can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
