I have a linked bank account I've used it before I recently made some purchases no problem...now i am trying to add money to my balance for a purchase I want to make And I keep getting the error message " Can not process this request right now ...try back later " I have sufficient funds In my bank account, so that's not the problem... Trying to get a straight answer has been a nightmare to say the least. Can not get through to customer service on the phone, and the "online knowledge base" if you will, diverts you to do something else... I don't want to do something else, I want to add money to my Pay pal balance... nothing else.. that's what I want to do. So what's the problem?
