Error linking paypal to nequi

Does not link my paypal account with nequi, I get the following error: "it seems that the paypal account you want to connect is linked to another account".  Has anyone had the same problem and can help me with this?

Sorry to hear that you're not able to link your PayPal and Nequi accounts. You cannot link your account to Nequi account if you have already linked your PayPal account to Nequi account. Please visit Nequi’s help center for more instructions on how to link PayPal and Nequi accounts.
