Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues linking your bank. Depending on the error you're receiving, the issue may be a few different things. Have you checked to see if there's any kind of limitation on your account or reached out to FNB for assistance? I'd recommend starting there to see if that does the trick. If you're still unable to link your bank after that, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance. They can be reached by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
