Error Adding GB bank account

Hey Guys,

I got error when trying to add GB bank account on paypal, I have wise.

I got error We are not able to process your request right now. Please try again later,

and this is for weeks... any idea how can I fix?

1. Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

2. Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
