Didn't receive money

Hello, 28.11 I send money to PayPal and still haven't received them. I have tried ALL the support methods (sms, email, phone), but they are ALL unavailable. How can I reach PayPal and what should I do?

Allow 5-7 business days and if no sign contact your bank or card issuer for a trace?
