Deleted my account before confirmation of linked card was completed

I’m new to PayPal. I created an account before and linked a bank card to it and was charged money for confirmation but before it was confirmed, I deleted my account to create a new one because I thought I created a premier account (supposed to be personal). I was wondering if the charge money will be given back considering the account it was linked to was deleted?

Unfortunately not.

Also you would not be able to use that card on another account unless customer services removed it for you.

Oh no, it was a bit too big of an amount for me. Anyway, thank you for replying!
