Declined Credit/Debit Card

Hello, I've just created this account and I want to link my card to paypal, but I can't. It says "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method."

 

1. I've verified my e-mail

2. I'm not using that card on any other accounts

 

I'm very frusturated with this issue and I want to resolve it as quick as possible,

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.

 

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
