If PayPal handed neg balance over the debt to collection agency potentially affecting your credit history, PayPal balance will be zero’d out/account suspended until you reinstate after paying. If you open another account, it will eventually catch up with your new account. Closed accounts are liable for any negative balances appearing after, too.
I understand, but that wasn’t really the question I was asking.. I’m asking if I have ALREADY paid the Debt collectors, will the negative balance go away from my Paypal?
