Debit card problem

When I try to add my debit card to my paypal account it says that my debit card is already connected to other paypal account but I don't know which paypal account is connected with my debit card

How many paypal accounts do you have???

You are only allowed a maximum of x2 and only then if x1 is personal and the other x1 a business account.

I suggest you contact customer services, locate all the other accounts > remove cards > close them.

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
