Debit card declined

I've been trying to link my debit card but I keep on getting an error message "Debit card declined, please try a different card". What must i do?

There’s 2 problems with that. The address not the same or the bank doing that, call your bank to let them know you the one using it.

Think it has to be a credit card in South Africa.
