Debit Card

Tried linking my debit card to my account it says to try again later all the time. I tried my card on other platform and it works. 

I have removed my card from all other paypal accounts and tried again it still doesn't work. Whats the other way?

All other paypal accounts??? You are only allowed a maximum of 2 paypal accounts and even then as long as one is personal and one is business.

Secondly can't help you as you have not said which country you are in.
