Debit Card Declind after relinking

I recently linked my debit card to my paypal account but I wanted to use another card so I removed it but then changed my mind now when im trying to relink it it is being declined, i have tried 3 different cards all are being declined. Customer Care is not working can someone help

It seems to me tiktok only caters for a specific sets of people, at first when i signed up the customer support would reply to my message but it seems they have permanently blocked my account and assigned it to an automation system that forwards me to a robot that keeps saying no customer support is available at the moment try again later. Now my money is stuck, no replies, cant add cards no way out. These big companies are serious oppresors put in place to keep the poor in place and make the rich richer.
