Credit card not linked

Hi fellow members! Need your advice. I linked my advanzia credit card with PayPal and done a transfer .It was successful . But now when I select my credit card to do transfer , its showing ' link a new card ' . May I know ,how to resolve this ? Thank you

You can only add and confirm a credit visa card on your Nigerian paypal account.
