Credit card in wrong account, cannot switch

I made an account with the wrong email, and when I went to login it didn’t work, I did not understand it was wrong and I was frustrated so I made another account, the problem is that I registered my credit with that incorrect account, so now when I try to register my credit card with my actual account it will not work.

I understand your concern about adding a card. Kindly know that you can only add one card or bank to your PayPal account. If the card\bank is already linked to another PayPal account, you'll have to remove it and then add it to the new PayPal account. Since you are unable to log in to your old PayPal account, please reach out to our customer service by clicking contact at the bottom of the PayPal website to see the available options so that our advisors can help you accordingly.
