So I have a prepaid credit card (Grab pay), and I tried to confirm it some time ago. As the confirmation process goes, it charges a small amount on the card to get your confirmation code. What happened is before I could confirm the card, my Grab pay card has been replaced because of suspicious charges. When I try to confirm my card now to get the refund, it refuses the code. I tried removing the old card to add my new card but it did not issue a refund. Any advice on this?
