Connect/Disconnect Bank Account - Lost Account?

We are attempting to link our business bank account to our business Paypal account, however we get a notification: "Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts". We have checked all company accounts and this bank information is not linked to any of our accounts. 

 

We attempted connecting with Paypal customer service. They notified us that they can't override the information and the bank is preventing them from linking. 

 

We attempted connecting with our bank and they said "We unfortunately have no way of checking or unlinking an account as we are only the middlemen between the agreement PayPal and yourself have made. PayPal would be the only ones to be able to unlink the account". 

 

Right now we seem stuck and unable to use Paypal unless someone has a solution.

Have you added that bank account to any PayPal accounts in the past?

 

Only you can only add a bank account to any PayPal account three times in that banks lifetime.
