Why i always get that (We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.) when i try to enter the 4 digit code?

I am sorry to know about the trouble you're having while confirming your card. Based on the error message that you have shared, this could be a technical glitch. In this case, I would request you to clear cache & cookies and try using different browser. If you are attempting via PayPal mobile app and are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue. If the issue persist, kindly try different device such as laptop or desktop.
