Confirmation card code (didn't come)

My card confirmation code didn't come. The transaction is displayed as “other, purchases” without any code and the statement doesn't show anything except the amount of the debit.

We understand your concern regarding the confirming your debit card. If you try to add your debit or credit card to PayPal and click on confirm card then we will make a small charge to your card. The charge and the code will appear on your statement. As you have not received the code but the debit has made, we request you to reach out to our customer support team to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised. Please reach out to the Support Team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest". We also suggest reviewing the article for more details.
