I was told I'd receive £20 as a gesture of good will after being lied to and having a customer service agent laugh at me over the phone. But as per usual I doubt it has been processed as claimed as I was told I'd receive it by the end of the day... Every other time I've received a gift of credit for an issue its arrived almost instantly after being told its been processed... So what's going on? Yet another case of being lied to YET AGAIN? After 3 months of ball ache on my business account... Seems as if nothing actually gets taken on board... Makes me doubt the member of staff in question that I was told is being suspended, isn't actually having any repercussions coming forth...
