Change card to USD problem

Hello, when i change currency of card CZK->USD, it looks like its succesfull, but when i return back to this card, there is still CZK. When i have changed second card CZK->EUR, there is EUR without problem. But USD is always returning to CZK. I know its possible change only few times a month, but i am trying do it first time. Do you know the solution? Thank you

For this situation, I would recommend you to contact PayPal Customer Support Team by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page so that our advisors can help you accordingly. Support is also available through Facebook by sending PM, Twitter and Instagram on DM.
