Hi Cebu Pacific. Is there any other option where to refund other than paypal? I've just received an email that my refund request already completed. The problem is I've deleted my paypal account few months ago using this email add. I've made a new paypal account after reading the email. But it has still zero balance. I deleted it because I forgot to unlink my card and someone used my account to purchase online.
