Hi. My card is linked to my old account. I lost the phone without removing account and i cant remember old account details . Now i hv new account i cant link my card says card link previous account. Help
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
