Card declined

Trying to add a debit card, it was declined. My bank say there is no problem. How can I solve this?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues adding a card to your account. Have you double checked the billing address and rest of the card information you're inputting? Normally, a generic decline is caused by a minor typo in the postal code or card number. If you're still running into issues after checking that info, please reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
