Card declined

Hi, why can't I link my debit card? It gets declined, no reason provided. Thanks

Hi, is linking the card declined by my bank or by Paypal? I don't see any problems from my bank, any other advise what I could do here so that I can link my card? Thanks

Same here. I tried 5 cards and yet still DECLINED. I don't what's happening. I went to the branch and they told me that my cards are working and don't have any issues.

same here, I don't know if this is the cause but I first removed the link card then re link again now its unable to link back and always show card declined but when I check back my wallet still is not yet link.
