Card Currency Change for Philippines card holder

Hi,

 

I'm Riffy and I'm new here.

 

I would like to know how to change the currency of my card that I linked with PayPal from PHP to USD.

 

I already called their customer service hotline but they said the number is only a support for North America and I should call the number for the Philippines region which he did not know what the number is.

 

Any help would be appreciated!
