Cant verify my linked account

I have not received the code in my bank account to be able to varify the account, therefore cannot send or receive money.

i have writtend to Paypal in the message centre, they said they can send me a code maually but for this i need to contact them via chat function or phone call. so far the call function is not working for me, and there does not seem to be any chat function even available on Paypal. therfore im totally stuck and its quite frustrating. Please can some one offer some help to be able to resolve this issue?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
