My friend from America was trying to transfer money to me (New Zealand). For some odd reason, the amex gift card he was using to transfer money to me declined after multiple attempts. He ended up giving me the gift card details however, i was unable to use the card because of this message, "This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method." He confirmed that he removed the card off his account.
