Cant link my bank account iban number since it wont let me put 18 digits

So it tells me to link my bank account and to do that i gotta add my iban account, okay i try doing that but it wont let me put in 18 digits and it tells me iban has to be 18 digits. So i cant link my bank to transfer money.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues adding your bank account. I know this must be frustrating. 

If your PayPal account is registered in Finland, then it should let you add an IBAN that is 18 characters. I would suggest you make sure there are no spaces in the IBAN, sometimes a space can be at the start of the box and you don't realize. Please manually insert the number, instead of copying and pasting it.
