Cant link my bank account (N26)

I'm trying to link my back account (N26) and I get this (Sorry, we can’t link your bank account right now.) no further explanation so not sure how to solve it.

Any ideas?

Is it a virtual / online bank? If so paypal rarely accept them.

Yes it is an online bank from Germany.

It does accept the card to do payments but not to link it as a bank account?
