Cant link Transferwise bank account with paypal

It says : Sorry, we’re unable to link that bank because it is disabled. Please try another bank.

Note : my bank account is active an runing well with Balance in USD.

 I need help

Don't think you can add a bank account to a paypal account in your country.

Only a U.S bank account but that has to be one opened on U.S soil and not just a USD currency account.

Check with customer services.
