i was having troubles linking my visa card to my paypal account and apparently it was the bank which had errors on my Visa card.Now i cannot do any transactions on paypal.Its saying i had suspicious activities on my account.Can it be rectified.The earlier the better.
You can't add a local bank account / debit card in your country. You can only link a credit card.
Also the option to receive paypal payments is sadly not available in Zimbabwe. You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.
Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer. There are quite a few countries unable to receive paypal payments.
Yes you can send from Zimbabwe as long as you have linked and confirmed a visa credit card to your paypal account AS I have already said in my first post if you take the time to read it.
However Nigeria is equally a country that cannot receive paypal payment, again I have already supplied that information in the link I provided for you.
