I live in Bosnia, and the issuers that I have access to in my small town do not issue cards that i can use with paypal properly. I have money on my balance but i am literally unable to pay with it on sites or on paypal because it prompts me to use my card instead. Is there any way for me to work this without downright having to switch issuers or something of the sort?
