I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to add your card to your PayPal account. The security system may prevent a card from being added for many reasons. If you have tried multiple times, please wait at least a full day and then try again after clearing the cookies and cache in your browser. If the problem persists after that, please contact customer service for assistance. You can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
