Cannot link bank account due to not transferring €0.01 the first time.

It seems I cannot link my bank account due to me not transferring €0.01 the first time I wanted to link my bank account to my Paypal in 2019 (I was scared back then and didn't do it). Is there a way for this to reset/delete my bank entirely from their server to try again?
