I cannot connect with my bank account with either method. I have another bank account from the same bank (under a different person) already connected so I doubt it is the bank itself. PayPal then just links me to here..
Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues connecting your bank account. Normally, you should only be able to connect bank accounts to your PayPal account that are under your name. If there's a bank registered under a different name linked to your account, I might recommend removing that one and trying to link your bank. If you're still running into issues after that, you may have better luck reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
